Georgia (Sakartvelo, Gruzija) – The Country of Proud, Friendly and Hospitable People

In summer 2012 ten members of Association of Travel Photographers and Photojournalists of Slovenia (DPFF), would have gone to Tajikistan. But due to the internal conflict, erupted in Pamir/GBAO just few days before departure, the mission there was postponed… Instead, we went to Georgia and visited Tbilisi, David Gareja, Telavi, Kaheti, Gori, Gudauri, Kazbegi, Mtskheta, Uplistsikhe Kutaisi, Zugdidi, Svaneti, Mestia, Ipari, Ushguli, Ajdishi, Ozurgeti, Guria, Poti, Batumi and much more…
